The character is modified from a scan of Madoka (Thanks, Mughi!) from Orange Road. Her hair color is changed and hair trimmed. Her dress is also changed from blue to white. The final character attempts to potray Kisaragi Shun from 'Here Is Greenwood'.

If it is Kimagure Orange Road then isn't she Madoka rather than Motoko? Regardless, it is kind of interesting you created hybrid version KOR and Kokowa Greenwood. The big moon in the background I kind of wish you could added little more detail. It looks little too faint for me. The same goes for surface.
