It is Street Fighter. It's Juni or Juli...I forget which one is which.

I don't think it's either Juli (you're referring to), but there were 12 other Dolls that were in Bison's Shadaloo Squad. Juni and Juli were supposed to be unarmed combat assassins so I would that that would be odd to be them.
