I spent 6-7 hour Re-cging the whole image of her...and yeah had to clean it all especially do assuming cging on the jacket...Made her stand out near a pier behind giant cargo boxes overloooking the new Japan...Did some sort of wymsical wave effect and in the end i gave up on improving n it so just left it at that, Made the lil seagulls myself and the clouds were brushes. Alot of overlaying and airbrushplus line tool..Almost similar to the great desings of DigitalBoing but yeah i suck at it....so anyway hope you like this! ^ ^
56 layers and all in all 7Hrs for Image and 6 hrs. on bg!

i really like the wall and the bg but i think the seagulls ruins the seriousness of the character. can u please make another version without the seagulls? it would be much better imho anyways great job on the cging too :D

Hm, this is not the best of your recent works.
The waves don't look as realistic as most of the bg does.
I also must write that I especially dislike these 2 birds in the lower left corner.
Their colours are too bright and outstanding and their shadows have different angles. -
