Well, I'm a little tired so that post is probably the best thing I can come up with for now. Sorry
But I really like the drawing and as prove, I'll add it to my favs.
She's really cute! ^_^ And I think the proportions are really good too! =) I haven't watched Ultra Maniac though.. is it good?
Yeah she's pretty cute and well done.
I especially like the hair, it seems there is a light breeze.
She has too much pointed finger, but that's the only thing that bother me.
Maybe you should also add colors to her skin, it could be great.

hmm...her feet looks too small and the hands look a little strange (only a little!)
other then that it look great! Nice to see a coloured picture (though I would like to see her skin coloured as well! ^_-)
