Well the quality of the scan is abit bad but the BG is nice and quality is good. So I guess its balance it out, Hehe! After seeing most of your wallie, I found out that you loves to use dark Bg or nightfalls. Anyway this wallie is pretty.
I am not good in walling but I can give a suggestion to it. You could ignore this suggestion if you don't like it! Gomen! ^_^'
Suggestion to improve the scan: You could try vectoring it if you like. This is the best way I can think of.

The girl is no doubt very cute, nice textures and shade on her.
The overall colour is cold from the blue, but you get this warm feeling from the girl.
Background is very well done, very pretty along with the full moon.
And the thing that caught my attention the most, the sakura leaves falling in diagonal way toward the girl, dramatic yet beautiful.
