I like this wallpaper, especially the sky where everything seems quite bright and evidently beautiful, as well. **Nods**
The character's extraction is pretty well done, and she definitely blends well into the background with the sparkles surrounding her. I also like the way you meshed the environment together with the character at the end, and how the light reflects beautifully on the colorful surface of the water. I'm not sure what the extra little flare is for close to the moon, but overall, this image definitely fits together as a whole.
The clouds look very neat, and the stellar sky is impressive. Other than that, nothing really much to say other than great effort! **Tips her hat** Keep up the nice work.

you did a lovely job with your scenery...and i like the fact that it's quite different from the other walls with the same scan. i also like your sparklies, but i noticed a spelling mistake...should it be "with" instead of "whit"? fix that and your wall would be just about perfect... :D

Um.... i think the noise effect you use here is not really good >_< A bit less bright with those noise will make this wall perfect >_<
