Hmm..nice effects on the sky. I think the grass need work though. It seems like you accidently used the 'dual brush option' while your backgrund colour was white. Anyways, I think the tree needs work too. Try adding some texture to the bark. Do this by rightclicking the layer and seleect blending option. Then change check off 'Bevel and emboss' and 'texture'. Then just mess around until it looks like a tree.
