Nice birds eye view, and the curls in her hair are really cute. She's adorable :)
i agree about the dress. Perhaps a few curls/ripples in the material just to give it a little extra dimension? -

i wouldn't change the coloring too much - it allows those eyes to really stand out, which is what I think you were trying to do, no? As someone else said, perhaps a little more shading (wrinkles) for dimension.
The hands could use a bit of work, at least at high res. Kind of fuzzy, but that's nit-picking (you did say to find what's wrong, right?).
I really liked it overall. Fav ^^

the eye colour makes it live
but it doesn't match with the other colours so it could use more colouring

Hmm... if you hate perspective maby you should leave it alone? Cuz' your definitly not good at it.
Obrazek zly nie jest - ale perspektywa faktycznie nie nalezy do twoich mocnych stron. Praktycznie niemozliwe jest okreslenie pozycji dziewczyny. Stoi ona? Siedzi? Kleczy i spoglada w gore?
a moze ta glowa wystaje ze sciany jak trofeum? :)

Ojejku ...*_* bez kitu efektowne :D Podoba mi sie efekt akcentu czyt. te oczka^^ przydaloby sie jednak zeby zdawalo sie ze dziewczyna spoglada na widza a nie jakos tak troszke w bok... no i przyczepic tez sie powinnam do cieni... ale sie nie przyczepie^^ bo mam za dobry humor... ladna klimatyczna pracka^^ bravo^^

it's a good draw, but i think u could blur the pencil traces a bit,the ones of the dress, u know... :)
