This is my 3rd wallpaper I think. I found this beautiful girl from a scan I previously uploaded here on MT.
This wallpaper took me about 1.5 hours I think. Since I'm new to PS, I thought simple would be easier, and also simple does look best. So this is what I got.
Please tell me what you think, and how it could be improved, what I shouldn't do etc. So comment please. Thanks :P

Ewy the blue stuff on her face is nasty but other than that it's great. I like the comet sort of things :P Also, it's a bit complex and you use too many filters. *detects use of plastic wrap* :P Overall though it's a good job. Just remove the blue from her face :P
EDIT: And use a soft round eraser to remove the crapness left around the scan.
