First wall that I've done in ages. Plus the fact that Elements 2.0 sucks at stuff like this. Luckily I have PS 7 on annother comp.
But yeah It's Tetsu from Peacemaker.
It's rather dark... yes?
But I like it. Oh well.
The picture of Tetsu was image I found while searching the web.. The creators original art, I beleive.
