First I removed the tree from the beach found here: http://pantransit.reptiles.org/images/2002-03-04/pla090.jpg,
I added the bottle fairies and touched up all the images.
Next I added some shadows and ripples from the bottle fairies moving around in the water.
I added grain to the sand to get some of its texture back, and I added the beachball and hand painted the shadows.
Finally I added the text with a star like effect.
