I'm really not sure what this is from, I think it's an original. But I got the scan from here (Minitokyo) and Compiled it in photoshop.
Photoshop tip#3 If your not happy with the color of the background, but are happy with the shading. Make a new layer set it to color, and you will be able to color at will without having to redraw it all ^_^.
