i tried to make a wall with a scan from Yukirin. i really love the drawings of Yukirin! ^ - ^ the walls of Yukirin that
I see are soo good i don't think that my wall can match up to them. :P
oh well, hope you like. this time i tried some new brushes. XD

ooooo i like the blue effects!!! great job on using the brushes i do have one suggestion tho.. some of the white feathers or something look kind of pixelated, maybe blurring that a little might help! great job

The white halo around the character nicely draws it out of the blue bg. And I like the cloud bg very much. :)

Great job hehe. I know what you mean, doing my wall on Yukirin's angel took forever, especially to get the effects just right ^_^. About the feathers, I agree that a few are a bit pixelated. Bluring them a bit would help. Mainly the one on the top left and the two on the bottom right could use some touching up. Otherwise, great job ^^

You integrated the scan and bg very well, the cursive-like script along the back also works very well. The upper-left corner is a bit strange though, as if there was something there that wasn't completely erased.
