Wai. <33 Izumi is such a lovely artist...
Anyway, this wallpaper is fairly simple >.< I mostly just used star brushes and one or two grudge brushes O.x I should be ashamed. I know I can do way better then this. Oh well, I was just too lazy to do anything, really. I'm thinking about cutting out the image and making another wallpaper with it. But meh. I'm lazy and it's really early in the morning where I live. I'll do it in a few days to a few weeks.
