yeah Redlynx, this one has my slightly perplexed since the guy contrasts the background so much. ;)
This scan is from an art book I own called Sonorama Selection: Amano First. It is listed as being from Garouden V. I've found a figthing game called Garouden Breakblow, but I'm not sure if they're related. I find this illustration interesting in its contrast of the rough-looking fellow and the delicate background. Bull in a china shop, perhaps?
