From the Noir feature in the July 2005 issue of Newtype USA. My scan.
I understand that the image is the same image as is in http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/20110/ , but this one is of substantially higher quality, and because of the white background, it is a lot easier to extract for use in wallpapers.
