The reason why the leaves of the tree are so blurry: Imagine that the wallie is a photo, and the tree is in front of the
girl, I think that it's impossible to get the tree AND the girl sharp on the photo... yeah I know the theory is a
bit strange.. ^_^'

The vector surely is nice. Goob job, zephi.
The background is quite simple but I wouldn't add more, either. But the railing looks a bit too sterile. It looks like it wasn't 3D. I think if you made it a bit irregular, the railing would be better. The idea with the tree being blurred is very nice and realistic. It's not only on a photo like that xD By the way I can really imagine Mai's situation, standing under a tree and thinking 'why is tate not here' *fangirlism* I want the second season >> -

Very good job. The IDea of the blurred tree/leaves is a nice one and adds a nice touch to the wall. I agree with chibikko that the railing looks out of place, too... straight I guess. The Sky is pretty plain but it looks alright. Great work on the Vectoring though. Nice job.

The concept of the photo and focus is really nice. But the railing doesn't look right, I think it would be better without the black outline and it seems as if the vertical poles are completely behind the horizontal one. I really like the texture of the railings though.

the railing is kinda like kara said, its better without the black outlines. definitely better. the leaves is blurry and its nice~ ^_^ (what? you're expecting me to say its bad? nahh~ its a nice touch~ ^_^)
the tree trunk howeber is a bit bright in color. seeing that mai as it goes down, it gets darker, I think it applies the same to the trunk since she's leaning on the trunk.well all in all, sweet job~

Great wall! I think a border on the railing would be fine as long as the outline would be a little thinner. The water could use a bit more depth, or more darker shades of blue could be used for the shadows. The slight bit of fog to the back could be done without. The bluriness of the cherry blossom tree works well but I think the main body needs just a little more shape to it. The sky is very well d one and it matches with everything else. The positioning is perfect and the concept is excellent. Overall, a beautiful wal, everything works well together!

The whole thing with the blurriness makes sense but it still looks pretty awkward. Plus it's a bit odd having a sakura tree right next to a railing. Outside of the concept you did some nice work on each of the things individually like with the railing and ocean. Solid wall overall.

i think mai is a little too dark for the overall wallpaper :S the smudge stuff on the top right looks a little odd to me but everyone else seems to like it ^.^X

Oh look! a cliche moon in a cliche sky next to a cliche tree! the only really nice thing in the wall is the sharp vector. And if I understand quite well it's not even your own.
so before opening a thread on originality, look at your OWN work.

the bg looks rather plain and typical but it goes well with this clean and slake looking vector.
but I have a bone to pick with ya with that pink flower-ish leave like thing on the upper right corner, looked kind of werid on this wall. XP
still, I think it looks great, not all that original but it is realy clean looking so I gotta give it up for that. ^^

The only thing I don't like about this wallpaper is the railing. Everything else is very nice. The picture of Mai is great. And I really like the cherry blossoms. A nice touch. The background also goes well. Nothing too fancy. :) Railing aside, a very nice wallpaper.
