a new wally ( this really is a new wally, because i have about 6 more wallys which i made during i was

Woww, she's pretty cool looking. Looks like she could beat you down. XD A nice expression on her face and the design on her obi is really pretty. The colors are soft and not too overwhelming. Neat idea to make her sword glow like that. It makes it look like it was glistening in the sun. Your water looks pretty realistic and the glowing balls coming up are a nice touch. A wonderful drawing~

Interesting drawing you have done here. She's standing surrounded by water, drawing out sword that looks like light saber and wears a necklace with a bell(?) attached. so this is the final version of your drawing. well it is really nice. I remember the original sketch and you haven't lost anything regarding expressions, or attitude by coloring it. you even suceeded to keep the pencil lines. I like that melting of pencil and cg ^_^
The water is nicely done too. I just don't understand the vertical dark blue lines ont the left and just next to her.
As for the character well you know i like a lot how you do the clothes :)
And the hair style and the eyes remind me the girl from muv luv ^_^
well, superb. You could work again on it and make a different background but well i like it how it is now :)

really nice... colouring is well done... i'd also be curious to see the sketch version, without the colours (huge fan of black and white here xd... also, i'm always curious to see what the pic was like before the colouring ^^)
anyways, love the kimono, especially the belt (cool motif btw) like papyworld, i wonder what the lines in the water are for... i have a feeling it comes from your draft... but it looks a little weird in the coloured version. well, good job!
