I like Kakashi on the top, though Iruka's face could use a little more work (I mean his look is kinda too scary for Umino-sensei).
The outfits are awesome.

Wow, Kakashi-sensei looks great! I agree with Drak about Iruka-sensei: the face is a little wierd. But besides that, great job!
