A little too much black, but I love the alchemy circle (if that's what it is...) in the backround. The effects of the sparks between his fingers are awsome, looks just like the anime.

Ooh, very nicely done! I really like the red and the effects on the wallpaper. The scan looks awesome as well. Ooh, the font looks really nice as well, it matches the wallpaper nicely. Did I mention I really like the cool red thingy he's folding? That looks really neat as well as the background. Good job and keep it up! ^^

It's pretty good for a second attempt. And yes, I agree, there aren't enough wallpapers of Envy T-T. And he's my favourite character...
