I like your use of the 3 layered sections. The bg behind Tessa is eye catching and blends well with your color scheme yet doesn't steal from the wallpaper. It's catching in the sense where it puts the focus on Tessa, which is great. I also like how your circles interconnect with the top and bottom sections giving the wallpaper a sense of completeness. Great job and if you really are new at this you have some great potential. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work. -

Nice back drop ^_^ the way the white rings fade into the black but still remain present is sweet. Also Tessa with a dark back drop is just interesting sense she's normally (for the most part) a pretty perky character. Nice job.
