Well, it looks good. But there's a little something wrong with the scan. I can see some white stuff, which means it wasn't cleaned very well. It's very hard to see. It's on top of her head.
Right, if this is what you call garbage, god bless then i would wait until the end of time to see your best. The colour in the wings match nicely with the mood in the girl's face. I wish i could do stuff like that. Keep up the most excellent work :D

yeah .. i agree with haia on that part ... you'll have to learn from your mistakes and just keep practicing.
don't give up too. and no .. you don't suck. at least you know how to make your own wallies. you'll just
have to learn how to open up to comments and critics
anyway .. back to the wallie .. i like the scan you used :) extraction aroung the hair could be improve. especially with a particular strand of her hair.. the wings is oki .. but the part behind her hair doesn't seem right. the moon/planet could do with a lil glow to add depth and life to it. and the stars looks a lil too much .. try to erase more of it and add color to it to make it realistic. duplicate the layer, blur it then use the color balance for color.
overall the wallie ish not bad :) just a lil dim. seems that you have a liking to dark wallies XD so keep it up .. and don't look down on yourself
