I'm still sort of a noob at making wallpapers so it isn't anything special....i made it in photoshop CS, the character is from ShinMegamiTenseiNocturne for PS2 and i have downloaded and used some custom brushes that i got from this website http://veredgf.fredfarm.com/ so thank you to that person for their stuff....enjoy ^_^
