Best wallie so far. Featuring cute couple Rei & Shiniji.
Combined reality + fantasy + simplicity. Techy and modern feelings here.

I DID use a stock photo for the city, and did some effects for the "techy aura" from tutorials..

Not my best though. :hmpf:

    That's some neat abstract you made, and I don't mind the randomness and the appearance of the flash-like effects and all from within the stock image, but in some spots, it just seems a little too cluttered, while in other areas, the way you managed the choices of the colors and seem to splash the lines around- it just doesn't seem right, when it bends and curves. Of course, I don't mind the way you made the layout. It looks pretty decent creating a banner with the two characters stuck from the image itself as well, and the extraction you've worked on the chatracters looks pretty great in general, of course, but other than that, the entire image seems that it needs a little more work put onto it considering some things on the wallpaper seem to be lacking in visual appearance from the entire image overall. You know, something to give it a little more kick, something that can make you say wow all over, and give off that spectacular feeling, it's been kind of missing. Other than that, I do have to admit that even with the blank space in the way, it still has that nice visual appeal, and its quite a nice wallpaper to take a peek at, nonetheless. Not the best, but definitely it's better than a whole lot of other submissions out there.
