i must say this is quite strange. There are some...pen markings on the top right corner area? Otherwise lines. That's sorta strange. Wait, there's lines everywhere. @_@
Anyways, the circle thingy is...I don't know what to say. It feels like it's strange to me. I don't know what you can do but yeah.
Love the light bursts and color. The grain or dust stuff stands out too much for my tastes. Maybe blur? I dunno, I'm not a master of wallpaper making.
