this is serene indeed. i love the details.
I scanned this image from an artbook I own called "Sonorama Selection: Amano First". The image seems to be from something called Makaisuikoden. I really don't know if that's related to the Japanese videogames, or the original Chinese story. I just like the impression I get from the illustration, and the way it combines restful and aggressive imagery. I hope you enjoy this.
