emm i guess bongtakun is first to comment it ..the body and arm porpotion are out...the neck abit long ..and the back arm is not drawn like tat ...not enough shading...but overall is ok ...its troubling to draw back ...is always that way ..even for me ..hehe keepp it up

all my comments are produced without at anytime I remember seeing him or the manga :X so some might be wrong in a sense

the face is quite nicely done actually~ the eyes and mouth and nose looks good
the nose's tip part.. near to the eye.. is is probably too into the face
the hair looks like a mess o.O
the neck is a bit long too :X
the right arm is fatter than should be at the lower part too.. and it might be better to include a line to show the left arm..

I have to agree its pretty tough to draw in this type of position =p probably can get somebody to pose for you and remember the stance
maybe forget about this drawing for some time then redraw it next time.. I think it will come out great

The hand... it can't bend/curve like that
