I may have gone a tad overboard with this one >__<
Hope someone likes it.

Whoops, also credit for the tired old photo of the moon that's been on my hard drive for like ..ever.., very sorry! >__<

Anyway It's Melty from Puchimon (yes that's her name, Melty Bagle, I'm not making this up) Sad to say that while I like Puchimon, this picture makes it seem much more interesting then the actual manga.. I hope it gets more serious, with Melty actually accomplishing something instead of being in the shadow of her brother forever..

UPDATE> cleaned up a bit more and darkened it, ect

I think the wall looks wonderful!! I really like the background and the detail you put into the moon and the moonlight affects on the image. The star field looks slightly blended, but great because it helps create a sense of depth in the sky to expand on a universe. The reflection looks very lovely. I really adore the affects you did on this one, it looks very cute and beautiful. I can't wait to see your next work! :D

This is a very nice wallpaper, but I do have a few things to say. There are definitely some extraction problems. If you used the Magic Wand tool, I don't recommend it, as it makes way for jagged edges. I would use either the Polygonal Lasso tool or the Magnetic Lasso tool. Also, I like the way you added the reflection of the objects and the scan in the water, but I think that you should've had the water fade more into the background. Right now, it looks as if the sky is sitting on the water. Keep up the good work.

Nice texture. For a wallpaper I was seeing somewhat from far away, I was kind of worried that the wallpaper wouldn't be looking so wonderful up close, but then again after reviewing the image as a whole, rather than just the thumbnail itself, I was rather quite impressed. **Nods** And I was even thinking about overlooking this submission, but somehow this one indirectly caught my eye, to be all honest with you. **Giggles**

Although the water does seem a little simplistic and bright for my tastes, I have to note you well on the way you made the obstacles reflect in the water surface, and perhaps the best part I liked about it is the way you made the objects bend realistically enough, especially with the moon that looks pretty neat, from down below. That, plus the nicely designed sky and the high-detailed moon really sticks this entire image altogether at its finest. I was hoping that the texture from the rocks would be a little more sophisticated in that respects, especially the one up close, and the stars seem to pop out besides the character a little more than I anticipated, but aside from that, decent character extraction, nice reflection of light upon the surface, and a fair presentation through it all. This might need some more work but nice going.
