Normally, manga and anime arts really doesn't go togather for me, but this is one of those rare cases when they do ^^ Also, the bg really matches Misha-ness ;)

Okay, the scan itself is an absolutely nice choice to mesh in with your pretty cute theme. I really don't mind the way you placed the bubble-like objects around the wallpaper. I think its quite nice. The only visual problem I probably believe should be fixed under my own opinion, of course, is the way the blue lines are thinly stretched beginning from the middle row of the wallpaper and downwards. Other than that, good use of your font, decent extraction along the way, wonderful use of soft tones for the clouds above in the sky, and great layout. The way you also splashed the rainbow-like colors and the way you placed the objects together look quite so nice and bubbly, nonetheless, and cute as well. Guess this soft version of cuteness is an eye candy to those who like regularly custom-made wallpapers. Keep up the nice work.
