I like the style, and it's an interesting choice to colour him grey while keeping the background a sandy yellow. There's a lot of fierce emotion into it with both the rock flying apart and the furrowed expression on his face... but also the sharp angular line work on him.
Very emotive. Impressive work - but why do you talk in the third person? :)
