even if the fire in front looks kinda unreal, the way the buildings are colored is just great with the golden red turning darker and darker. the girl is pretty cute too (ahah *launches fire ball* right), and the bg is splendid, so good job .

Very nice wallie~ There is such an ancient feel to it. I like the fact she's causing the damage to the city with her magic. You did the magic effects are did well. The magician is really extracted well and matches the bg well. I love the colors and depicts the fiery destruction below. Super wallie! ^_^

I like the firey effect you put in.. the colour is pretty good too
the glare sort of thing across the wall is also pretty nice an effect to include

however.. the girl and the background.. their position would be a bit weird.. the girl seems to be seen from a position below the centre so it doesn't seem too right to see the background behind..
but its really kinda so slight its probably not very easily detected
the glare from her hand should be blurred further at the edges too.. unless it was meant to be like that =p

Nice theme going here and magna carta walls are always nice to see. Fire looks pretty good although there could be more. The city and the scan still look a bit rough, could use some duplication and gaussian blurring to give them improved blending and more of that animated look. Good work here though!

I agree the fire is really well done.
The setting is good and nice overall. I like the view of the city.
I think the scan is not perfectly cut out, I can see some spot where it's not enough close to the black border. It's a detail though, but it would look more professionnal.
There's some kind of line of light that I'm wondering what it is, maybe you should emphasize it, it looks like a good idea.
