yosh my new wall, as i have time to kill i made a new wall, the scan comes from
the section Sumi Keiichi, second time i make a wall with a couple, they look so
pretty together so i decided to make a wall with them, hope you like it 
,
takes me about 4h for do it

Bloody hell.... please don't use smart blur on a stock photo anymore, it's hurting my eyes
The background and characters are really nice. Not sure they go together perfectly, but it may grow on me ^__^ . Love the couple scan though.
Eh, I agree the ShiNN, the smart blur sucks for this backround. The edges of the mountains are too rough, so it looks sort of weird for me. The characters have a crappy extraction, also. The only real problem on this wallpaper is the filter-whore usage of the smart blur option. And guessing that you didn't make any of the backround, this is a very newbie wallpaper. You really shouldn't be creating stuff like this... but I guess that's what you get from all of these "it's great how it is + you don't need to change it" like comments?
i really shed a tear... not because this wall is pretty but because the blurriness is hurting my eyes so badly
next time at least try not to make the smart blur that obvious, that really doesn't look good :/

The scan is really pretty, though I agree with what other people have said about the blur, I like the wallpaper but the blur might be just a little too much. Other than that great job!

mhmm.. the only thing I want to criticize is, that somehow the characters don't fit so well to the bg.
But the other things look great ^^ I like the bg.. don't know why they are
saying that it's to blurry.. but I think it's okay, cuz then you'll realize that
it's a stock image.. O__O

,try to work with textures instead of a lot of blur filters

i really think that the blurs aren't that bad, but blending them to fit the background there is the key to not make it too obvious.
