This wallie will dedicate it to three friends of Minitokyo
To Semanga to help me with some things that I requested him ^^, to Sakura Corazonn, the person that I help myself when not wise as the Userpages they were made and to Alpha that he sends me all the indications to be able to go up the userpage, and he had to hold back for a while long ...
This wallie made it and I imagined it with many shines... As they know or they should already suppose it, I am the crazy girl of the shines and lights xDD... Take near three hours and user around 20 layers.
I hope they like..

Nice wallpaper.
Two problems I see here.
The extraction on the top of her hair may be pretty minor, but a little edgy, of course. That could need some fixing, but it's not a very vital characteristic flaw for a lot of people to visualize, no doubt.
As well, the lines on the landscape to the far left - a small little area of concern. I'm not sure if this was your true intention for using your brushes kind of like that around here, but the little lines seems to overlap the sky a bit and make it look a bit fuzzy. It would preferably be a little bit better if it was cleaned up over there, but that's just my personal suggestion.
For the rest of the wallpaper, absolutely stellar and dynamite.
I really love the way you highlighted the sky, and the sparkles that flow above it. The rose petals is a pretty neat effect too, and the scan is very nice to see along with the wonderful background as well. She definitely seems to blend in quite nicely with the overall wallpaper, and the glow looks so surreal. I like it, nonetheless.
After all, I was hoping that the font would be clear and sharp up close when I first checked it out, but that wasn't the case. Through and through - it's still a great wallpaper - has a bit of a visual appeal to the picture as an entirety, and its nice to look over for a while, nonetheless. So overall, good work.
