HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARMY!! XD
I did this for my best friend's 18th birthday.

My friend, Johntan (I know him in person too) has a knack for using out-of-this world shading techniques.SO.. I tried to see if I can do it too, this was a great learning experience.

This is a fan-art of Motoko from Love Hina. The original can be found at animewallpapers.com

Comment please, it helps me improve.

Spread the anime love

I like this a lot, and taking your advice to comment some on your art, I have but one complaint. Her wrist, where it bends to put her hand on her hip, is a bit pointy. >>; Not much of a mistake but I had to point out somethin .. heh. Anyway, I love the pic, and the rest of your pics too! But I guess I should say that on those pics to give you more level points or whatver. >> -gets to that-

You did a nice devoloup on Motoko, i always loved that pose of hers... but still the credit goes to you because you change it a litle and you didn't damage the pose .... so its a good job ... you have a future in doujinshi and manga ... old on to that gift that you have, ok?
Why don't you see some of your works at Doujinshi suport club? Take a look, i now that you will like somes...

Wow! That looks really incredible! ('cept for her right hand, i understand it's at a distance but it's looks a lil shrivled) Sorry! :( But that's just from my point of view. Great job overall, the shading is very neat.

woow!! i really like this drawing. it's really nice. one thing i would work on, her hands look really tiny in comparison to the rest of her body. and her furthest foot is kinda tiny too. Other than that, it looks really great. you did a nice job with the shading. keep it up. ::waves:: bye!

  18. link6590 May 31, 2006

nice drawing, although there would be more shading around the hair and where the shadows should be and something wrong with the size of the arms and hands, one looks bigger then the other.... yea other then the really small small errors that a really crazy person would notice, its really good
