I like the background, that's nice work. I do have a tendancy to agree with the others about the color pallet of the background being a little strong. With so much of the same pallet the characters are a little lost, though all the textures do help them to stand out - so good job with that. I like the text, but the red does sort of clash with the pink it's infront of and (personal prefernece here) I'm not one to like brushes over the characters, but that's just me. ;) So overall you've got a really nice looking wall that's nicely composed with the fan effect of the textures behind the characters - nice work!

Shinku and Hinaichigo are such cuties. XD I like the little effects around them. I wouldn't really imagine that for a bg for them but I guess it does work nicely. But the bg is pretty interesting and has a great texture to it. Nice colors and extraction! NIce work!
