I don't know what anime/manga this. I got chara picture from waka-chan. For BG Only roof in my mind 
. Because
I only can try to make roof of school. I'm sorry if extraction not complete 100%
(I'm being lazy). I try to make less light effect wall this time. Please give
advice and correction so I can make this wall look better ^^. I still can't make
better cloud, if you have tutorial please share to me

Update 2: I rapair the position of the cloud, change the sky color, repair the
shadow effect, and repair some part of the chara scan so it is not look so blury
anymore. Maybe I must repair this wall again to make it better ^^. Thanks for 5

Update 3: I reduce The resolution to 1024x768 (If still want the 1600x1200 just
write in my GB), change the fence, change the Sky Color, change the cloud, add
tree in the right of wallpaper, and repair some shadow effect. But still I can't
make the fence's shadow effect on the chara

the anime is 'to heart', you can move it to that category ^___^
the scan is a little too blurry :X and the extraction was nicely covered up by blurring but some mistakes is still visible
the sky for some reason, looks a little odd :3 try using www.good-tutorials.com to search for sky/cloud tutorials :X
i think the fence could've been better. i don't think the character's shadow should be gray *_* lol try black :X nice attempt though ^.^
nice scan but i agree with ayanechan...somehow somewhat somewhere, it doesnt match at all. the fence, the shadow, and the cloud. if you could fix these, im sure this pic will be great ^_^!! other than that, keep it up

And 'bout the fence, don't think that the holes would be that big...
Okay, here goes my crits
- firstly, the brightness of the sky is lacking... I mean, ..it should be much of a brighter/lighter blue color, and has variations (affected by the clouds)... soo,.. the clouds should be more fluffy and blurred/smoother in some parts to make it more realistic.
Some facts about clouds :
* usually it has 'soft light' property against the sky layer... or sometimes, if the sky is in a very clear day, it has 'screening' property..
* the bottom part of the clouds are darker than the top.. this is because of the sunlight penetration..
* clouds make subtle shadows to the ground, if the sunlight goes directly from above
if creating one is too difficult, you can always use stock photo overlaying and set it to some other blending modes..
- Secondly, the fence,.. it looks like a seamed pattern than a fence .. and it should cast some shadows on the ground (if the sunlight came from upper back of the girls)...
- thirdly, the shadowing of the scan... it's somewhat odd... dunno... but maybe because the lightsource is still unclear... whether it came from above, left, or front...

anyways... the concept is very nice, and suits the scan well.. I must say, I myself would also thought of them being on roof if I ever seen the scan in the first place..
And it's from the game/anime 'To Heart'
ara, the girl's shadow on the very right looks weird i think o_O. at the left leg part. it makes her leg looks like floating in air O_o
and yes, make the fence more thin and it would be cool ^^

what I want to say has pretty much been said, esp by yama n korgie... so , ganbatte ^^ and actually you have a nice concept and idea

and the wallpaper's seems look somehow blurry
After downloaded it the second time to see the changes, the fence was already fixed well, addition of the fence's shadows were on the right position also but I don't think that the fence's shadows overlapped the girls' shadows. For the girls' shadows still looks odd, in my opinion, the bigger the shadows means the greater length between the floor n the girls' body, s they're looks floating in the air, also the shadows' color indicated that too. More light the shadows's color means there's an air space between the floor n those girls' body. Darken the shadows' color near the body, leave the light colors on the shadows border.

I have seen wallpapers with unrealistic backgrounds to bring a little fantacy to the viewer, but all the elements in this one are based on the real world that we live in. That is way I'm refering it as a photo eventhough it's anime. Anyways, thanks for sharing this with us.

To Heart! I love it! I keep wondering when they're gonna bring it over here, anime at least! I heard Media Blasters has the rights to the To Heart Anime. But the characters are different, I looked into it, and thats To Heart 2, right?
