looks very painted :3 nice concept :X and yesh the clouds looks a little odd and sharp *_* but the colours are nice :3 i think the wallpaper would be better without the moon and the shooting stars.. they don't fit into the overall wallpaper that well :X one last comment would be the air that the characters are breathing out... :X it's a little too circle-ish it should be softer and less sharp but great job overall :3

I think the cloud is a lil too scattered..
