i don't see much that could be improved because the wallpaper looks good as it is with the structure of the bg and the chara on it,
now the girl in the front is pretty and the line around her is good too, but it doesn't look like the chara in teh background would be looking at her.
anyway keep it up
ah, Kotarou and Misha! One of my fav couples! (YES I'm a Pita-Ten fan) well, I agree with Kiako, It's a nice wallie! But it doesn't look like Kotarou's looking at Misha. Unless you just wanted to show that Misha was thinking of Kotarou? uh oh, I'm confusing myself!
