I personally think that the background is too dark (cos you put circular colorful rings around the chara XD oh, can see one part of the hair extraction is a bit messy (right side of the face) and the grasses in front shouldnt be too blurred IMO, keep up the work :D

I forgot from whom i got the character scan oledi... But i'm very sure downloaded from MT!
Another new trial for myself...
making realistic bg... grasses ~ fog ~ swirl rings and etc...
But i think is better addin a big big moon inside the wall to enhance the bg condition....
And honestly i tried out but it looks more alike an orange than a Mooooooon... hehe! (so forget it...)

I like the pic, and the effects around her look pretty cool, but i don't feel like the gray bg goes well with the rest of it.

Nice work, I like the use of multiple layer on the grass altough the front grass seems a bit jaggy.
and the cloud background colour didn't quite match (somehow the white colour seems to be to bright for night scene :) ), but it's a good idea with the cloud.
while the girl pic extraction is a bit jaggy in the hair and seems to be too bright with the background, it still match with the background, you really improved quick :) -
I think perhaps a light blue misty or light grey mist (or if you even want you know those shiny walls you see so often) like a glowy mist or something might have been a a bit better, but I actually like the way you did it.... yeah... the colour rings stand out just a bit against the pastelly mist... maybe the transparency should be a bit less for the rings or something? Hehe... dunno, but this is great work ^_^ Keep it up ~!

the effect could be much simple to retain the simplicity, try to stick to the primary color of the scan.
that' way it'll prob make the wall much co-herant -
im astounded by this one ramchong. it's really nice. everything is perfect. the colors are well blended. i just can't say, im speechless. this will definitely go with my favorites.

Good concept. But I think there's too much color on the rings. It really contrasts the gray background, which is made by the clouds render I think. Try to edit the background with your own techniques for more variety. And the picture is from Maggi's Harem. I think it's a Korean artist. :D

i really like the background. a nice effect of how it's snowing and cloudy. it brings out the girls appearence. the wind in the hair is nice.

you did a great job with this wall! i really like the greyish background with the scan!
the extraction just needs a little work...by the hair and cape area. and the grass just needs to be played with a little more. and i think the colored rings doesn't really match the theme of your wall.

This one is quite nice, the girl is cute the background gives an idea of vastness,but, i do not like those colorful flashes around her, they do not completely fit, maybe making them of a darker color.... darker shades of those colors, i mean.
