I have no comment with this wally, I am only boring and then ... I made this wally. 
Yeah... this is very simple, maybe this is like childish, but i like the
color.
Hehe... if you didn't like that, try give this wally to your younger/youngest
sister, or to little girl ,maybe she likes it.
Only take less of 1 hour to made this wally.

Background looks cool too.
It's alright, but I'd think it would be better if you used a different font. Better extraction would be a plus. The marbles are pretty cool. Nice job. ;p

The
pretty mix of colors and the beautiful Belldandy scan looks great together. I
couldn't make a wallpaper out of being bored even if I wanted to but I never had
practice at all. At least you try. It's a lot better than what I can do. 
Overall,
it's a nice wallpaper. Keep it up Deen-sama. 
Nice marbles you've made, but the extraction of the scan has to be better than this ^^'...

Wah.. so colourful and pretty...
but there's something from abstract style bgs that I'm not too fond of,.. that kinda makes Belldandy 'doesn't fit too well' with the surroundings...
maybe a better extraction can help, or by smoothing the edges using soft eraser brush...
anyways.. the bubbles (marbles?) are really eye-candy as they are

Hmmm perhaps an outer glow to blend Bell with the background a little better?
