Sorry for deleting the first one.. but somehow I didn't like it so much... X_X
I found the scan on MT. And it's FMA again. I just like the scans from the manga.. ^^ This wallie is again a add-rest-wallie. So, first I added the bg colours and then the trees. After that I put some sakura flowers on the left side and at the end the "Bishounen Spirit" around the three characters. This time I played a lot with filters. The wallie was done in Photoshop CS. Time: 4-5 hours.

wonderful combination of colours :D like the way you used pink colour. lighting and effects are nicely done. scan fits also really well with background :) good work !
