I think you should get one of those scans where Nami doesn't have those abnormal boobs. Those are pretty disgusting but its personal tastes *shrug* The extraction also has some issue as I don't believe the butt should look like that when she is wearing a skirt. It should be smooth and rounded. Since that area is black, it should be easy to fill it in and round it off into how it should look like for a girl wearing a skirt to sit in that position. The bottom left leg's heel also had its outline eroded away too much. Try to recover it back.

I like the composition, using her role as navigator and a pirate with a background of an old map. I think you can place a "'x' marks the spot" thing to make it more like a pirate map. The navigator title can be shifted to the left so as to not lie over her fingers, there should be space for that on the left. Capitalize the 'n' in navigator.
