I've been strugglin for two days wheter to put this up or not. I didn't take me a whole of time to make.....but to tell the truth, I put it up here for suggestions. The original scan was from http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/97983/ and I remember saying when I first saw that image : I want that as a wallpaper, but it had way to much text....So now that I found a textless version, I tried something new and took out the sky to replace it with a new one. I tried more than one way to blend in the image of the military, but nothing came out quite right. I also tried to put a lens flare on the upper left corner to simulate a sun because it looks like Havoc is staring at it....but that didn't work either....
After all this babling, oh wise wallers of mintokyo, can you help me improve this ?
UPDATE: Thanks to Oracle Angel and KorganoS, I added some blur to make the image softer. I really like the idea of a sunset, but I have now clue how to make one, I tried, but it doesn't look very good, so if you have a tutorial handy, I would appreciate it :D

i like the pic its nice i tried making a wallpaper whith nottin but roys eyes from varius pic and then i thought that would give people the creeps because hed be staring at you and that is scary ^_^'

the atmosphere you created for this wallpaper is perfect. how the softness brings out the relaxed and calm state of the group and how the colors just work well esepcially the sky. good job.

It's pretty good for a second attempt. And yes, I agree, there aren't enough wallpapers of Envy T-T. And he's my favourite character...
