The correct spelling is 'festival' and I agree that there may be slightly too many leaves over Lacus' head. Other than that, I like the brightness and the colours.

Lacus' head was cutted off >.<...adding some petals to cover it. For the sky, it still looks empty even if i can see a blue streak behind kira, adding some more visible clouds may enrich it ^^
And for the grass, you still can see the blue spot probably from the sky layer, try adding another grass layer with darker green color under the original grass layer, to make the base. -
