It looks very nice^^ But I think the scan extraction might need a bit more work...
The background is nice but maybe a bit blurry? But this wallie has a nice overall look to it^^ Keep up the good work!

The bg still looks too realistic, try adding some combinations of Artistic filters from PS to make it more Anime-style...^^ And for extraction n cleaning scan process, you can try www.imanimetions.net 's tutorial, they never failed me.
