@_@ remind me never to do a chobits wall again!! wah her hair is too hard to extract T_T i really tried to clean it up a bit but it seems to always look weird.
the water is the same technique ive been doing for most of the water walls...but the sun relfect is different eh? XD i actually took a sample of some waves and made a brush to get the effect. well...even if you hate the scan, the bgs decent right?
the sky was an original picture but i added a planet coming through it to look more wall-ish
i did have a textless version so if it really looks that bad i can change the upload to textless.

EDIT: aww crap! XD lol now that i look at it, the scan is pretty crappy, but it just seemed to fit. o well....next time, next time
UPDATE: changed the ocean colour to a light shade of brown to match the overall wall

This is such a great wallie!!! The background looks great and it matches Chii very well!!! The shading here and there are okay.............but I can't really comment because my computer[or the site...] has been acting up and all the images here in minitokyo looks rather fuzzy and of low quality... *gasp* i love chii! she is so beautiful! and might i say ....this wallapaper is too! but yes i can see how it was hard with chii's hair bein like that but uh..i really like the planet as well..its awesome...and i think the text looks fine! but anywya all in all....another fabulous wallpaper! hehe you always make the prettiest ones...i envy you :D

well generally the scan is a little too light for the bg you made for it :3 and the water is a little too dark for the overall bg :X maybe if you changed the water to brown it'd look better and also since water reflects, it would make sense since it'd be reflecting the shade of the sky :3

Heh, the overall gold coloring theme of this wall compliments the scan well. Everything seems so flowing. The angle of the grass and her blowing hair make it seem as though there is a gentle breeze, but not one quite strong enough to disrupt the calm of the water.
The planet is a good touch ... although I find that many people are putting ominus planets in the backgrounds of thier walls. Still a good way to balance the wall out though. The darkness of the sea (I'm assuming) seems a tad too dark when compared to the rest of the image, but it does provide a good contrast. I do think you have pulled off the mood and it's effect quite well though :) . Well done with the design scheme.

Walling Machinge Here *points at Kai*Extraction is so-so. Clouds need some work. T_T Chobits images are virtually impossible to wall because Chii is either really hard to extract or have some part of her cut off. The planet should not be there. =_= its really killing it. XP And one last thing, you should have added leaves falling down. That would be pretty =3

Very well done! You get an A for effort just for even attempting to cut chi out, let alone doing such a decent job of it. I have to agree, its not easy to do... but it looks lovely, and works well with the background... I really love the water, its so real looking...
