I actually like the colorfulness of the wallpaper. What's kinda strange is the girl kinda stands out too much. You've done a great job to blend her but I guess blending could use a little bit more. Nice light bursts.

The scan definitely needs work, as there is a bit of noise in certain areas. You might want to touch up on that a little bit. The effects on the background are quite nice. Keep up the good work.
