A nice little tribute to Dr. Jackal. A techno-halo or something in his background, something that I ended after a few hours of different layering and blending with a few filter effects. One thing about his hair, those aren't extraction errors. There's supposed to be a black flare shadow on his rear but it ended looking screwed.
Anyways thanks to Andrea for the great Akabane drawing.
