Yay! Another wallpaper. Its Lina Inverse, and I really like this one.
It took me a while to make the image look right on the bg.

    The bg is nice, but the extraction of the character needs work, her hair looks choppy. use AA or feather while doing the extraction.

    I agree with Taurec. the extraction is the major flaw of this wallpaper, otherwise it would look great. But just keep practicing and it won't be a problem anymore :D

    Looks like it is unanimous the extraction needs a little work but the BG is nice and flashy. Dont worry practice makes perfect.

    ^_^' Heh, actually the extraction was easy...but I might've
    over done the filter. Originally her hair wasn't like that. I was
    actually trying to darken the edges, so her hair didn't bleed
    into the bg.
