That's very pretty ^_^ The sky is very pretty, as are the lights and feathers. The ruins are just right and gives a "mithological" look to the wallie. There are 2 things that bugs me, though: there are some red flares on some spots (the left one is the most visible one) that doesn't go with the sparks floating on the air (the ones on the mist are nice, though). I think it would be better if it was made of a closer color, like orange/yellow.
The other is cyan/green mist... it is great, but it doesn't look as 3D as is the sky. It alco could fade slower to the sky. Other than that, that's a wonderful wallie, and a definitive fav of mine :)

Even if you forgot to credit (everybody can forget where we got a scan) i think you have done a great work with this drawing. You made a very nice scenery and the composition is nice. Lots of effects and great details...
frozen friend, maybe idril hasn't got this scan from deviantart ... there are others sites who publish deviant art images without saying it ... idril maybe didn't know the origin.
